Anybody cud tell me where I cud get a decent meal on campus? I don’t know why, but lunch time seems to be the most depressing time of de day fuh me. Campus food ain’t encouraging at all! And don’t even talk bout de lines, is ridiculous! Now tell me why I mus line up fuh spend money pun oil an grease? I’s get enuffa duh pun me skin an in me hair! I know UG cud do better, but is jus slackness, like with everything else dat causin dis second standard crap dat they givin we.
Da hole in de wall need to be filled…with some cement. Dem food duz look like las week lef lef. As fuh spicy dish, I hear they servin up worms now on de menu as they daily special, [according to our “friends” at the guardian]. Well, as fuh de sports club, let’s just say having a tv around is really good for business, an natural sciences canteen, dem ain mek it neither, dem food wan salt. And rasta man, he’s another story, he own got too much salt [how ironic I know]
But fuh real though, food hunting on campus is one big monotonous expedition. There’s no variety, no flavour, no aroma, nuttin fuh excite yuh, yuh know? Tings jus flat! I ain know if is jus me [and I’m quite sure it’s not], but I jus fed up! Is it too much to ask for a decent meal? Some nice brain food to fuel our academic minds? I ain able wit overcooked eggball and dry pastry no mo! I think they shud relocate da chiney shop down de road an bring it on campus. We need some variation on the daily menu man. Bring in church’s and mario’s and de rest a dem while you at it tuh! Ya’ll think I’m being too ambitious?
