Is nah EyePass?

Today I lookin round UG campus at all de water all over de place. I couldn’t believe my eyes yeh. Yesterday  everything was so beautiful and trim, nice manicured lawns an ting. Now! Everything cover with water, is wa really goin on?

All these months of no rain, only sun, sun, sun. When everything dry they only beggin fuh rain. They couldn’t handle “el nino,” but now it seem they can’t handle “el raino” either. One morning, not even a full day, one morning of lil heavy rain and luk wa happen to ug and de rest of Georgetown fuh that matter. It’s absolutely ridiculous! How people could learn in such an environment?

Dem students right fuh protest man, UG tek they eyes an pass people! Jus now you gon gotta open yuh umbrella in class tuh, cuz de roof dem, especially in da GWLT does leak bad, bad during rainy season. Jus ask da gul from las semester who had to keep she umbrella open INDOORS during she lecture! Yes people, UG gone to de dogs, and I’m not speaking figuratively here.

Dem dogs really tekkin ova tho! It only lef now fuh they start attending class and lecturing. Next year you might see dem running fuh UGSS president an all, I mean if they cud topple all dem big ass bin round campus fuh get food, wa else they can’t do? Anyhow, dem students should continue to exercise they “civil disobedience” until change come, cuz UG really slacking up man. They socks need pulling up.

Big up to de revolutionaries and advocates and supporters, keep doin ya’ll ting man. The late Dr. King and Ghandi would be proud, I’m sure. And as the great Bob Marley used to sing “get up, stand up…stand up for your rights!”
